Roadside

The RAC will repair your vehicle at the roadside, as long as you’re over a quarter of a mile away from home.

  • 10-mile tow if the vehicle can’t be fixed at the roadside

  • Unlimited labour time if the vehicle can be fixed

Roadside & Recovery 

The same cover as Roadside, plus the RAC will take you, your passengers and your vehicle to your chosen destination anywhere in the UK if your vehicle can’t be fixed at the roadside.

  • Recovery to any UK destination if the vehicle can’t be fixed  
  • No call out charge
  • Unlimited labour time if the vehicle can be fixed

Roadside, Recovery & At Home


The same as Roadside and Recovery, plus the RAC will attend if your vehicle breaks down at home, or within a quarter of a mile of your house.

  • Assistance at the roadside
  • Recovery to any UK destination if the vehicle can’t be fixed at the roadside
  • Assistance within a quarter of a mile of home address
  • No call out charge 
  • Unlimited labour time if the vehicle can be fixed




Roadside, Recovery, At Home & European Motoring Assistance

The same as Roadside, Recovery and At Home, plus European Breakdown covers you in 50 countries and their offshore islands in continental Europe.

  • Assistance at the roadside 
  • Recovery to any UK destination if the vehicle can’t be fixed at the roadside
  • Assistance within a quarter of a mile of home address
  • Up to 90 days' European cover, 14 consecutive days hire car, repatriation or collection of vehicle
  • No call out charge 
  • Unlimited labour time if the vehicle can be fixed

No, this cover is only for the insured vehicle.
