We want to take the stress out of making a car insurance claim. That's why we've now made it possible for you to register your claim online via Your Account.

If you'd rather speak to us, just give us a call 24/7 on 0333 043 2011 to register your claim. Call us as soon as possible after the accident to tell us what's happened, even if you're not sure you want to make a claim. We can talk you through your options and deal with any third parties, so you're not hassled by them.

To find out the status of an existing claim or if you need to send us any documents, images, proof of purchase of car seats or personal belongings, you can do so online via Your Account. Alternatively, if you’d like to discuss an existing claim, you can either chat to us over web chat or give us a call on 0333 043 2022 Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm.
